- My 28.8 Cardinal external is solid. IMHO the BOCA sucks more. I went
- through 3 in 5 months trying to get connected/stay connected and connect
- at a speed above 21.6. I finally became fed up and got rid of it and
- bought the Cardinal. My Cardinal nearly always connects at 28.8 and never
- less than 26.4.

- When I get around to the Flash ROM update it is suppose to improve more.
